Demolition Contract, 2017-D05 Award

I'm pleased to announce that the CCLRC Board has awarded our next Demolition Contract, 2017-D05, to GMC Excavating & Trucking.  Congratulations GMC!

Because we need to meet NIP deadlines to comply with our grant requirements we are required to keep progress flowing at a rapid pace for the next few months.  We're in almost constant contact with utility companies and asbestos contractors so we can have a steady flow of properties being readied for demolition and we hope to put out at least one more demolition contract this calendar year.  I look forward to your bids when the time comes.

Sincerely,

Cory Estes
Project Director
Crawford County Land Bank
