CRAWFORD COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATION MINUTES February 25, 2025

Meeting called to order by Chairperson Cindy Edwards at 3:00PM.
Members in attendance: Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Eric Baldinger, Landyn Hill,
Tommy Starner, Tim Ley, and Larry Schmidt.

Motion to approve 1/22/2025 minutes: Tim Ley second Eric Baldinger. Motion passed.

Motion to approve banking summary: Tim Ley second Jennifer Kuns. Motion passed.

Motion to approve transactions report: Jennifer Kuns second Tommy Starner.

Old I unfinished business: Signatures updated to include Cindy Edwards, Tim Ley, Larry Schmidt. Nothing
new to report on New Washington former gas station. Mansfield Brass property has not yet been
forfeited, still waiting on grants and possibly a phase 1 study if funds are available.

Motion to add an account at Park National Bank ICS Money Market with signers Cindy Edwards, Tim
Ley, and Larry Schmidt.

New Business: Phase 1 study to begin at Just Fab in Galion.

The next meeting will be 3/26/2025 at 3PM in Commissioners conference room.

Motion to adjourn: Larry Schmidt second Tim Ley 3:40PM.
