CRAWFORD COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATION MINUTES January 22, 2025

Meeting called to order by Chairperson Cindy Edwards at 3:02 PM.

Members present: Tim Ley, Tommy Starner, Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Larry Schmidt, Landyn
Hill, Eric Baldinger, Jennifer Kuns.

Guests present Ash lea Shaw, Jeff Price (Alt.)

The minutes from December 18th meeting distributed for review and, Tim Ley moved to approve
minutes as amended and seconded by Eric Baldinger. Motion passed.

The financial report was submitted by Barb McCullough and reviewed by the committee. Jennifer Kuns
moved to accept as written, second by Eric Baldinger. Motion passed.

Bills to be paid were submitted and reviewed by the committee. Motion to approve payment by Larry
Schmidt second Tommy Starner. Motion passed.

Bank reconciliation submitted by Barb McCullough, reviewed by the committee.

In old business: Short discussion about two New Washington properties, one awaiting grant money and
the other is only in the discussion phase. Landbank software will be updated.

New business: Officers were elected Chair: Cindy Edwards, Vice Chair: Jennifer Kuns, Secretary: Larry
Schmidt. Mayor Truka has appointed Bucyrus City Safety Director Tommy Starner to fill his seat on the
committee as a voting member. The Webpage has been updated. Barb informed the committee of a
conversation with the Crawford Park District about a property that they were purchasing on Poe road
and inquired about Landbank demolishing. Bank signatures will be updated to remove Doug
Weisenauer as signer and add Larry Schmidt. Cindy Edwards and Tim Ley will remain as signers.

The next meeting February 26, 2025

Motion to adjourn, Tim Ley, second by Eric Baldinger. Motion passed. Adjourned 4pm.
