Crawford County Land Reutilization Corporation minutes September 26, 2024

The meeting was ca.lied to order by Chairwoman Cindy Edwards at 3pm

Present were Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Eric Baldinger, Larry Schmidt, Tim Ley, Doug Weisenauer, Lyndon Hill.

Guests Present were Sarah Herrle and on phone was Ashley Shaw.

The minutes of the August 28th meeting was distributed for review. Tim Ley moved with a second by Eric Baldinger to approve the minutes, motion carried.

The financial report was presented for review. Eric Baldinger moved with a second by Jennifer Kuns to approve the Financial report, motion passed.

The bills to be paid were discussed. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Larry Schmidt to pay the

bills. Motion passed.

The Bank reconciliation report was distributed for board members review and signatures.

Old Business;

A new replacement board member for the Land Bank was discussed. There will be more discussion until

the next board meeting.

The demo at 504 S Union Street in Galion is nearing completion and the Boston Street project is

underway. This is the first project for this contractor and they are needing some guidance that wasn't

necessary with previous contractors.

The attorney for the Land Bank is asking to meet with adjoining land owners before creating the

necessary documen't s for closing out the County line road property.

The Brownfield grant has been awarded $300,000 for 343 S East Street in Galion.

New Business;

The trailer park at 710 clay street, Galion was discussed. No decisions were made.

The next meeting will be October 23rd.

Doug Weisenauer moved to adjourn with a second by Jennifer Kuns, motion passed.
