October 25, 2023 Meeting Minutes

Crawford County Land Reutilization Corporation minutes October 25, 2023

The meeting was called to order at 3pm by chairwoman Cindy Edwards.

Present were Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Jeff Reser, Tim Ley, Doug Weisenauer, John Rostash and Nancy Clutter.

Doug moved with a second by Tim Ley to approve the minutes of the August 23 minutes recorded by Tim Ley. Jeff Reser noted there were some spelling corrections needed. Motion passed with corrections.

Tim Ley moved with a second by Jeff Reser to approve the Financial report, motion passed.

The bills to be paid were presented. Jeff Reser moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to pay the bills, motion passed.

The Bank Reconciliation Report was distributed for board members signatures.

Updates were discussed for the current demolition projects.

The State now has a new grant available for demolition. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Jennifer Kuns to proceed with advertising RFQ for consultant services, motion passed.

Potential projects were discussed for the next round of demolition.

Jeff Reser moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to approve a revision to the 2023 budget, motion approved.

Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Tim Ley to adjourn, motion passed at 3:45pm. 

Next meeting will be November 29, 2023 at 3pm.
