June 28 2023 Meeting Minutes

 Crawford County Land Reutilization Corporation minutes June 28, 2023

The meeting was called to order at 3pm by chairwoman Cindy Edwards.

Present were Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Kevin Myers, Eric Baldinger, Tim Ley, Doug Weisenauer and John Rostash for city of Bucyrus.

The minutes from the May 25th meeting was distributed for review. John Rostash moved with a second by Tim Ley to approve the minutes, motion carried with Jennifer Kuns abstaining.

The Financial report was distributed for review. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by John Rostash, motion passed.

The bills to be paid were presented, Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Eric Baldinger to pay the bills, motion passed.

The bank reconciliation report was distributed for board members signatures.

The current demolition projects were discussed and the lack of communication with Burgess and Niple. 

The East School owner has signed an agreement and paid a share of the cost estimate. Those funds have been placed in escrow. 

 Properties for future consideration were discussed.

Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Eric Baldinger to adjourn, motion passed.

The next meeting will be Wednesday July 26th at 3pm.
