January 26, 2023 Meeting Minutes

Crawford County Land Reutilization Corporations minutes January 26, 2023

The meeting was called to order at 3pm by Chairwoman Cindy Edwards

Present were Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Kevin Myers, Eric Baldinger, Tim Ley, John Rostash representing Bucyrus, Nancy Clutter with the Crawford Partnership and Doug Weisenauer.

The minutes from the December 29th meeting was distributed for review. Kevin Meyers moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to approve the minutes with the correction of spelling of Jennifer Kuns name. Motion passed.

The financial report was presented for review. Kevin Myers moved with a second by Tim Ley to approve the Financial report, motion passed.

The bills to be paid were reviewed. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Jennifer Kuns to pay the bills, motion passed.

The Bank Reconciliation report was circulated for board members signatures.

The status of the three demolition projects were discussed. Burgess and Niple offered some tentative dates for bidding and awarding the demo contracts.

Cindy and Barb are scheduled for regular conference calls with Burgess and Niple to keep the projects moving. The tentative bid opening date is March 9th.

Eric Baldinger moved with a second by Kevin Myers to adjourn, motion passed

The next meeting will be February 23, 2023
