October 27, 2021 Meeting Minutes

 

Crawford County Land Reutilization Corporation minutes October 27, 2021 

The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Cindy Edwards at 3pm. 

Present were Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Kevin Myers, Tim Ley, Doug Weisenauer, Eric Baldinger, John Rostash, Linda Pitt, Emily Grayson and Gary Frankhouse. 

The minutes of the August 251 meeting was distributed for review. Kevin Myers moved with a second by Tim Ley to approve the minutes, motion carried. 

The Financial report was discussed and the mowing line needed to be increased because of the long mowing season. Kevin Myers moved with a second by Jennifer Kuns to increase the property maintenance line by an additional $1,000. Motion carried. Kevin Myers moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to approve the financial report, motion carried. 

The bills to be paid were discussed. Kevin Myers moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to pay the bills, motion passed. 

The Bank Reconciliation report was distributed for board member signature. 

Old Business; 

205 Dudley Street Bucyrus was discussed, the board took no action in order to have time to explore options. 

New Business; 

Gary Frankhouse discussed the upcoming Brownfield grant. The board discussed several possible projects and decided to create a list of potential projects with community impact being considered for each property. The grant guidance will not be ready for release until November. 

The Website was discussed with the needed updates of information. John Rostash will make the needed updates. 

Barb McCullough reported on the OLBA Quarterly meeting. 

969 Harding Way East Galion was discussed. Kevin Myers moved with a second by Jennifer Kuns to sell the property to Zack Tuggle for $225.00, motion carried. 

318 S. Washington Street Crestline was discussed. Kevin Myers moved with a second by Jennifer Kuns to sell the property to Harlan Tharp for $199.00, motion passed. 

The next meeting will be November 24th 

Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Tim Ley to adjourn, motion carried at 3:55pm.
